Ah str landlords, always setting new lows for humanity.

Zillow listing for furnished home in Bel Air posted sat morning at $29,500 per month, 86% price hike from sep '24 when it was listed for $15,900.

Imagine what is was like when residents were driven out of this stair at 219 High Street as flat after flat was changed from a home to a business, destroying any notion of a stair community. This stair was likely built as Council housing, as was much of the Old Town of #Edinburgh
