@PLACEEdinburgh They have ruined Stockbridge, where I've lived since 1991; I'm considering moving, as it is no longer a community: just a bunch of mostly quite rude and noisy people dropping litter all over the place.

I am a Airbnb host in my own home. So there is a balance. Host in your home. Some people Don't even have a home never mind a second to rent out. Stop winging

@PLACEEdinburgh Three tenement flats on relative's street are suddenly displaying for sale signs (North Leith). One being advertised for let. Added to market within last week also.

@FergusEwingSNP Unfortunately over tourism is hollowing out communities and something must be done to re balance this. I’ve seen a single end in a tenement that used to rent for £400 pcm on Air bnb make £1600 pcm that’s exploitation.
